HONDURAS

Honduras is our filter from the Finca Don Miguel Farm in San Juan, Huila. With tasting notes of black cherry, prune and roasted hazelnut, this single origin filter is the perfect everyday filter. 

The Honduras Filter is designed to be enjoyed black, using either a Mocca Master, Aeropress, Chemex or other filter coffee equipment.

ESSENTIAL

Essential is a two bean blend driven by chocolate and nuts. The combination of carefully selected Papua New Guinea and Honduras coffees creates a balanced and smooth cup with rich chocolate sweetness and almond notes.

Essential is a medium roast with a heavy mouthfeel. This blend has been designed for a your traditional espresso drinker, with a rich body that is full flavoured in all milk-based beverages.

Origin: Eastern Highlands Province, Papua New Guinea | Santa Rosa de Copan, Honduras

Tasting Notes: Almond, Marshmallow, White Chocolate, Malt

Strength: Medium Roast 

DECAF

Diego Lopez began as a coffee producer when he acquired his farm in the village of San Francisco in La Florida, Nariño. The low humidity in the area allows for slow drying of the coffee which, combined with the volcanic soil in the area, creates an incredibly sweet and complex cup.

The water EA decaffeination process uses water and a by-product of sugarcane processing called ethyl acetate to gently extract caffeine from the bean. This process retains the natural structure of the bean meaning all the delicious flavours of the coffee remain after the decaffeination process.
